The 70th birthday of the founding of Bristol Old Vic Theatre Club – occurs on 14 July.
A public meeting on that date in 1946 led to the foundation of the Theatre Club so we are taking the opportunity of the nearest available Saturday, 9 July, to organise a small celebration to raise a glass and toast the past and future of our club which is widely regarded as a key part of the theatrical landscape in Bristol.
